In this letter to Robert McNiece, Sheldon Jackson announces he and his wife have signed the release of a college's name, and promises to give the release to President Bailey. He expresses his pleasure of having Mrs. McNiece and Mrs. Ferry and her daughter come visit Washington, D.C., and he offers to make arrangements for their stay. The college referred to in the letter is the Sheldon Jackson College of Salt Lake City, Utah, the predecessor of Westminster College. |
