I think there is no shadow of a doubt but that it will be given to the College. The executors have appraised it as worth $25,000.00 at a forced sale; kept for normal times it will be worth from fifty to seventy-five thousand. I enclose you a letter from Dr. Roberts on the subject. <br> Dr. McMillan and the School Committee have also been seen, so that I do not consider there is any doubt. The only trouble is that it is land and houses which are not salable at present, except at a very great sacrifice.
