Sweazey, <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> Dear Mr. Sweazey:- <br><br> In response to your requisition bearing date of 12th inst., I take pleasure in enclosing herewith check to your order for $100.00 on account of repairs. You understand, of course, that the repair account should be kept separate and distinct from the other accounts and, when the work is completed, and accounting made for same. <br><br> Yours very truly, <br><br> H.
