He needs to fill one out for the New Jersey Academy in Logan, Utah, of which he is principal. He then notes he had come to visit Mr. Sweazey the day before, but found no one was home. Mr. Sweazey is the principal of the Salt Lake Collegiate Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. |
