Sweazey, <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> My dear Mr. Sweazey:- <br><br> Referring to your letter of May 16th and our reply of June 4th, both with regard to the proposed sale of the Salt Lake Collegiate Institute property, I beg to say: The Finance Committee of this Board, at its meeting on yesterday, had this matter under consideration, and I have been directed to authorize you to endeavor to make a sale of this property at the best possible price approximating $50,000. Of course the higher price you can get for it, the better it will please the Committee and the Board. <br><br> It is suggested that in endeavoring to negotiate a sale, you will do well to consult Mr. McMillan of the Board of Westminster College. <br><br> Of course in agreeing to give possession of this property, in case of a sale, you will want very carefully to specify that we shall hold possession until the new buildings on the Westminster campus are ready for occupancy. <br><br> Kindly keep us posted as the negotiations go on. <br><br> Yours very truly, <br><br> H.C.
