Show CONTINUMORPH MODES A 'complete- space requires ten modes of the continumorph to keep the rain out. Mode 1) warp footings (WF) Mode 2) floor warps {FW) Mode 3) primary footings (PF) Mode 4) primary continumorphs (PCMS ) Mode 5) secondary floor warps (SFW) Mode 6) random width flooring planks (FP) Mode 7) overhead warps (OW) Mode 8) secondary overhead (SO) Mode 9) primary leaves (PL) Mode 10) secondary leaves (SL) What follows is a working drawing of a complete space. The example shows a conservative use of the range of dynamics bordering on the static for ease in illustrating the stages of assembly. Keep in mind that each stage makes use of continumorphs in particular modes. For example warps are long continumorphs spanning the over head space and function as beams. Footings are continumorphs buried in the ground sticking up to receive the primary continumorphs. In the future computers will do these drawings especially the elevations which require extensive projections to get a picture of the space as it would appear. Without computer graphics it would be impossible to draw the infinite variety of continumorphic space. It would be like trying to do a manual mechanical drawing of a tree. -59- |
