Show 6 copy of the official plat of survoy indicating all tho land intended to bo conveyed, and all formor sales by the grantors, or allottees, must bo furnishod for tho uso of tho Indian Office. V. No dood of conveyance for an undividod intorcst in any tract of land will rocoivo approval. All tho heirs of a doccasod allotteo must unito in one deed convoying their entire interest in tho laud. If tho land of a deceased allotteo has been partitioned among bin or hor hoirs, any such hoir may soil tho portion set off to him in and by such partition. Whero tboro havo been court proceedings, a certified copy.thereof must accompany the deed. VI, If in the case of any deceased allotteo there shall havo been or shall hereafter bo probate or other court proceedings establishing who are the heirs of such deceased allottee, a certified copy of the final order, judgment, or decroo of tho court showing and determining such heirship must bo furnishod; but where such court proceedings have not boon had a compliance with the requirements of (ho provisions of paragraph 1 of section 111 of tho rules as amended will be deemed sufficient to establish tho heirship. In the case of sales by guardians, the deed must bo accompanied by certified copies of the orders of the proper court appointing tho guardian and authorizing him to make tho sale. In all cases the probate judge, or officer having probate jurisdiction, is respectfully requested and urged, in taking tho bond of guardian, to require such guardian to givo a trust and guaranteo company, whorover practicable, as surety. VII. A form of deed of conveyance has been prepared and printed for gratuitous distribution by tho Indian agent, superintendent, or other officer in charge of tho Indian tribe, which must be used or conformed to in all cases of transfer of inherited Indian lands. . / No proceeding or action under those regulations shall affoct in any respect tho right of tho Secretary of tho Intorior to exerciso the discretion given him by law relative to approval of deods for these lands. / / A.
