Show Section 1.04. Annual Sues. The annual dues payable by members are hereby initially fixed as follows: Class A Ilembers - ,.2,500.00 per year* Class 3 Ilembers - ) 500.00 per year* The Board of Trustees shall have the power by vote of a three-fourths majority to increase or decrease the annual dues or to levy temporary assessments with respect to each class of membership from time to time; provided, however, that annual dues and assessments payable by Class A ilembers shall at all times be five times the amount of the annual dues and assessments payable by Class B Ilembers, and provided, further, that all members of the same class shall be treated equally with respect to membership dues and assessments, except that the first yearTs dues may (in the discretion of the Board of Trustees) be prorated in the case of any member becoming such after the beginning of a membership year. No increase in membership dues shall be retroactive, and no assessment shall be effective as against a Member who promptly resigns upon notice of such assessment. Ilembers who, within sixty days from the time dues or assessments duly levied are payable, do not pay such dues or assessments shall, upon a vote of a majority of the Board of Trustees, be removed from membership. The financial obligation arising out of membership in the corporation shall be limited to the membership dues and such additional assessments as are authorized in this section. Section 1.05. Resignation of Ilembers. Any member may resign at any time by giving written notice to the Secretary of the corporation, juch resignation shall talce effect at the time of the receipt of such notice or at any later time specified therein; and unless specified therein the acceptance of such resignation shall not be necessary to make it effective, .Jhen a resignation of a member is effective the member shall be relieved from liability for dues for any year after the year in which the resignation is effective. Section 1,06. Ilembers Hot to Attempt to Represent Corporation. I"o member shall attempt to represent the corporation, whether in malcing any statements for publication or otherwise, unless the Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, have specifically approved the action of such member.
