January 4-Dell has a hunch who the "Frat" trophy nabbers were that made a cleaning at the Senior dance. Freshmen debaters selected. January 6-Museum presented with collection of pottery. Team for Colorado debate selected. January 7-Miss LeLaney accepts position as instructor of physical education. The Misses Houtz, Boggart and Nuttal make application to join the DeLaney dancing class. January 8-Prom, invitations at a premium. The "old man" sometimes known as "The Bank," says "go ahead." January 11-Look who is among us! Joe Maddock, Jr., a seven-pounder has arrived in time for the Prom. January 12-Atheltic council adopts "Emigration Rule" but says nothing of race suicide. H. M. Alley resigns from Chronicle staff. January 13-Young Joseph F. begins training. The Alphas receive championship sweaters. January 14-Joe! says the kid appears to be a better candidates for the Song and Yell contest than for athletics at present. January 15-Dazzling, gorgeous, stupendous (and also expensive). Could you beat a Grand March with Col. Scott land "Pride of the Campus, Lucy" in the lead? January 1G-Saturday, and also the cold gray dawn 'of the morning after. January 18-"Sluffing days are o'er."
