Authorizing leases to citizens of the United States for mining pir- . poses of uuallotted mineral lands on the diminished Spokane Reser- - vation in the State'of Washington fir periods of 25 years with privilege of renewal on conditions. Appropriating $95,000 in addition to the tribal funds to pay men bers of the Stockbridge and Munsee Tribes of Indians enrolled under the act of Congress of March 3, 1893 C27 Stat. L., 744), sums equal to. the amounts paid the other members of said tribe p~i o rto the enrollment under said act. Appropriating $100,000 reiinbursahle for support and civiliiation of Wisconsin Rand of i'otawatomi Indians residing in Wisconsin and Michigan. Authorizing the withdrawal of $300,000 from the tribal funds of the Menominee Indians of Wisconsin, for the purpose of clearing their land, erecting sanitary homes, and purchasing building mate-rial, seeds, implements, stock, equipment, and supplies. i . Amending section 3 of the act of March 28,1908 (35 Stat. L., 51), so as to authorize the sale of lumber, lath, shingles, crating, ties, poles, posts, bolts, logs, bark, pulp wood, and other marketable materials . , obtained from the forests on the Menominee Reservation, the pru-weds of the sale to be deposited to the credit of the Menominee Tribe of Indians.
