COX Lieutenant Governor Jill Remington Love Executive Director Department of Heritage & Arts December 6,2017 HI-LAND CREDIT UNION 965 E WOODOAK LANE SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84117 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to notify you of the pending petition to the National Register of Historic Places for the removal from the Register the Erekson Artillo Dairy Farmhouse (NRHP Listing # 15000677), formerly located at 5419 S. 900 East, in Murray, Salt Lake County, which was demolished. According to 36 CFR (Code of Federal Regulation) 60.15, properties may be removed from the National Register for a number of reasons, but primarily because of demolition or loss of historical integrity. The Utah State Historic Preservation Office is required to notify owners of properties listed in the Register, as well as local elected officials and local historic preservation commissions when there is a request to have a property removed from the Register. These parties are given at least a thirty-day period in which to provide comment to our office regarding this matter. The removal request will be reviewed by the Board of State History at its meeting to be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 25, 2017, in the Board Room ofthe historic Rio Grande Railroad Depot, located at 300 S.
