It has received post-war alterations, but they look like typical additions of the period and should not be the focus of the significance. If they were more architectural, then maybe... I would just focus on the Victorian House and it being only one of three left. In spite of the additions, they are mostly on the back and would be eligible alterations I would also focus on the farming aspects under the MPS.
