A 20 percent federal tax credit is available for substantial rehabilitation of residential rental and commercial properties. In addition, a 20 percent state tax credit is available for the rehabilitation of historic residential properties. We are pleased to assist the owners of properties listed in the National Register with either application process should they wish to apply. We have also provided the owner with information about the National Register certificate and commemorative marker to aid in the public recognition of the significance of this property.
