Show 10. When approaching on intersection ... It is your duty to yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection from a different street. Whenever any vehicle is stopped at a marked or unmarked crosswalk to permit a pedestrian to cross the roadway the driver of any other vehicle approaching from the rear shall NOT OVERTAKE AND PASS SUCH STOPPED VEHICLE .. 16. No person shall park a veh.icle upon the roadway side of another vehicle, EXCEPTwhen actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers. No person shall double park and wait for a parking space unless the vehicle vacating the parking space is actually in motion and in the process of vacating the parking space. 17. When a school bus' lights are flashing both from the front and the rear and the roadway is seporated by a single double line, no car approaching from either the rear or the opposite direction will pass the bus. Upon the immediate approach of an authorized EMERGENCY vehicle the driver of every other vehicle shall yield the right-of-way and shall immediately drive to a position parallell and as close as possible to the right hand edge of curb or roadway, clear of any intersection and shall stop and remain in such position until the authorized EMERGENCY vehicle has passed EXCEPT when otherwise directed by a police officer. 18. CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR ATTENDING THE TRAFFIC SCHOOL "IF" YOU DO THIS: 1. When a citation is received from a police officer ... take the citation to the traffic violation bureau at 73 South 2nd East, between 9AM and 5PM. 2. Pick up an invitation to attend traffic school from the traffic violations bureau. 3. Bring the invitation to traffic school, have the invitation stamped by the instructor. 4. Return the invitation to the traffic vio lations bureau on or before the dates indicated on the invitation.
