Bishop E. M. Corry of the Second Ward, a:'nd his counselors, w. Arthur Jones and Herbert P. Haight, resigned, and Leland M. Perry was named as Bishop, successor to Bp Corry. His counselors have not been named. S. F. Leigh was released from the high council and E . M. Corry named to fill his place. The high priests quorum was reorganized, with James Parry as presiden~, his counsllors to be named later. Officers of the quorwn who were released were Ashton Jones, president, with Ray Lunt and Leland Bettenson, counselors. Mrs. Rose Anderson, stake Primary president, and her counselors, Mrs. Thurza Little and Mrs. Maggie Petty, were released, and Mrs. R . E . Winterrose sustained as president, with counselors not yet named. Bishop Wells A. W1lliams, of the Kanarra ward, and his counselors L. J. Williams and Horace M. Roundy, were released and Round·y was named as Bi.shop with Clair Platt and Glade Berry as counselors. Oscar Hulet was released as Bisho-o of the Summit Ward, with his counselors Otto P. Dalley and Harold Smith. Otto Dalley was named as Bishop, with counselors yet to be named. The music at the first meeting held Saturday afternoon was furnished by the Enoch Choir. Thirty-two members were present, and Myron s. Jones acted as conductor. Speakers included, Miss Mamie Gardner, Mrs. Rose B. Anderson, M. B. Langford and Gustive o. Larson. The Cedar Seminary graduation e~ ercises were held Saturday evening with David 0. McKay delivering the address to the graduates, taking for his subject "The Kingdom of God I.3 Within You". The balance of the program given by members of the graduating ~ The Sunday lfjirning session was the Sunday School section of the conference with Elder Mackay, Arthur Gardner, President Wm. R . Palmer, and Harry B. Leigh as speakers. Wm. H. Manning was in charg,e of the musical program. Most of the time at the Sunday afternoon session was taken up with the reorganization or wards, quorums and auxiliaries, and wibh short talks by the released officers and those newly appointed.
