A fair day. I done the chores Sund 19 . ing. A little cloudy this evening . & visited . Just like spring. Neil & I were out Lilas Adams gave birth to a child today . I attended S . I have been quite poorly this squally bad day . .APRIL, 1922. I',· Sund ls t. I have neglecte d my diary for a month during which time I stay d at the hosp ital for 2 weeks spending $50 .oo &: had a time getting home. Alphus carre for me & pa id my bill of $30 dols & Bmery paid the rest . Leland & ·when we got to the divide we let our help go back to Burrvil le & we stayed in the snow till Leland went to Loa. &: met Erre ry & he cane &: got us out of the snow & b rot us to Loa mere we got somethin g to eat &: brot us home. Soon after Sr . King took sick & down with the flu or Lagrippe & we have had a time saving her &: she is yet very sick . The three Sabbaths that I have spent at home I have stayed close about home & doctored my let &: we had the watcher s every night . The watcher s have done all t could for us . My children have all been mre & Annie took my leg in hand & dressed it every day. Emery has rm.de a trip to the Ranche & Leland is away to the herd no • Edmurrl & Cora have done their share . Mae is here now&: her & Marvin have been to the temple where Marvin & Venice were sealed for time & all eternity & Mae has been baptized for her health & quit her school . broken.
