I only done the chores & visited & read. went to the herd a horseback & telephoned at 5 PM when he passed the ranger station Leland & Higgins hauled a load of wood as did Ned Shepherd for Edlnund. Chesney cut our hay. 24. Sat Edmund Mr. Eliza stays at Edmunds tonight. A fair day. Teddie is getting better but letters tonight says Ada is sick & has been for 10 days before they wrote.
