Show AUGUST, 1921 • Wed 10. A cloudy rainy day. I done the chores & we started with Edmund & Cora to the Fish Lake ~ere the stake R.s. was holding forth & broke a spring of the car at the edge of Bicknell & it let the break on the wheels & we could go no farther. John Hiskey ~s coming this way so Eliza & I got in with him & came back. Leland helped Edmund get the car home. '.Rhursd 11. Fine this AM but cloudy with a slight shower this PM. I done the chores &: read. Frid 12. A fine start but cloudy this PM with a slight shower. chores & read & visited. 13. Sat Elmerys lot. Done the Edmund was down with the family. A fine day but cool this evening. I done the chores & irrigated Leland rigged Alphus up &: sent him to the herd. Sund 14. A cloudy&: rainy day. I attended s.s. & Sacrament meeting & Priesthood meeting & Teachers meeting. Mond 15. A fine day. I done the chores, read & visited. Neil Forsyth & I were out teaching. Tuesd 16. A fine day. Only the chores & read. Leland & Lawrence went to the herd. Wed 17. A fair bright day. Thursd 18. I done the chores & read. A fair day & bright this AM but cloudy &: showery this PM. done the chores &: visited. I Eliza ro:ie with Edmund &: Cora & family to Tory this evening. 19. A fine day. Earnest Syrett says he has sold in the grist mill & says he proposes to move to Santaquin,Utah.
