Show AUGUST, 1921• Wed 24. Cloudy & rainy this PM as yesterday. I done the chores here & at Edmunds & Neil & I went teaching this evening. Thursd 25. too Annie started -for Frid 26. day. A fair day with the exception of a shower this PM. Leland & hospital on Annies account. A shower about noon. The chores & visited was the round of the This evening Emery took us & Mae to a suxprise party on Earnest & Minnie Syrett at Sr. Larsens as they were loaded ready to move from. the mill in the morn· Sat 27. A wet rainy day• • Emery drove us to Loa where we attended priesthood meeting. Sund 28. A cloudy day & on the verg of storming. s.s., Sacrament meeti & the report meeting & the Priesthood this evening were the happenings of the day. Mond 29. A tolerable fair day with a shower. I done the chores all aro as Emery & Edmund & their wives went to Loa to see a wrestling mtch & a dance. Tuesd 30. A tolerable day but a heavy shower in the middle of the day. As usual I done the chores. The boys that returned from the wrestling match report the man from the east was the successful one. Wed 31. wood for Mae. A tolerable day. The chores was my portion. I read & then cut Myron came frotn the herd. SEPTEMBER, 1921. Thursdlst. A fair day & the people commenced again to haul their hay. done the chores at both places & read. Sat 3• A fair day. I I am not feeling well this evening. The chores were done. Bro Higgins returned from the supply trip & reports a great flood down the Capitol wash on Tuesday. He was behind it & the roads were bad• Sund were done. 4. A fine day. The fast day was pretty well observed. Emery &: Ednl.und came home in the night last.
