It has been my priviledge to have worked with many men in a number of different camps. I have yet to find a group who are more conscientious, more thrifty than our present rr.en. This of course is a pleasure for any commanding officer. ·. ·: ~n h e, knows that every man is putting forth his vei~ ..H:L.Jt :c," rirt on his various types of work. Every boy realizes "J11a truth of that age old e.dgage which reads: "Give to i;:1e world the best you have and tho best will come back · to you". 0 • It is the desire of the Army and Technical Staff to give the men every possible advantage. We at tia:es have to almost stretch our imagination to make possible the many trips we offer the boys. We really feel good about this ho'trever when we meet our b·: ys. Every boy ir.iea to keep his appearsnce most presentable. The int 0 lli gence of our group is J3.ncthar out• standing feature. Th e Rea ding Room and Material are well used. When we know it is possible for us to keap company with the gr ~at e st men of ;;J,l ages between the cove:1rs of books we see the ren son for the use of our library. Boys, our camp is very fine, but there is still much room for improvement, Let us, onG and all, b~nd our every possible effort toward making our camp tl:a outstanding camp in the ninth corps area• ,, |
