Sweazey, <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> Dear Mr. Sweazey:- <br><br> Yours of the 31st ult., enclosing bill from the Free Text Book Committee for $60.39, is in hand. I notice that the last item therein reads as follows: "Balance due from September, $1.96." This item I do not understand as your September bill for $194.05 was paid in full. If this $1.96 is in addition to that bill, it will be necessary for me to know to what school it is properly chargeable before I can make any payment. <br><br> I enclose herewith check to your order for $58.43, the balance due on your statement after deducting the $1.96.
