Show Winona Hotel <br> Eagle Lake, Indiana <br> 29th May 1897 <br><br> My dear Dr. Jackson <br> You have been so constantly in my mind here that I miss you specially. <br> It is not yet noon but I have had a busy A.M. Here is a copy of the action of the assembly. I have others. I have had several interesting talks - went to the Woman's Building and found Mr. Lee and got some important facts. He has good evidence of plural marriages. Public Schools are closed in cases part of a P.M. and are now* given instruction in Mormonism. The Presbyterian Supt.* at Salt Lake City is likely to be removed, tc. tc. <br> Dr. Ray gave up preaching Sat. Eve and has several speaking and have consented to take part.
