It has been decided by the larger part of the local members that by purchasing a pair of lots in the beautiful "Oakley" so close in and so cheap they could raise a handsome sum by donating 10 percent of their profits the first year, most of the members believe this property will double in value, or rather in price, within one year, as it is actually now selling for half its value.
