Dear Brother Geerge:- I enclose you a letter received by this morning's mail , which I thought might be impertant and hence forward it at once. We are quite busy in the office but everything is moving along nicely .. . My hats are all becoming small~but as the salary does n@t attach te the positiQn or U.S. Receiver 7 i~ my cas.e,I cannot afford, new ones and will have to be centent with wearing them a little higher up until your return, when I am in hopes that my head will assume its normal state. We had a nice conference so far as yQstQrday 1 s meetings were cancerned, and the efficers meetings will without a doubt be up te the stahdard. Our weather is most delightful. Witheut a doubt yeu are having a nice time and will return home well repaid fer your visit t0 the Golden State. I saw your Father at circle yesterday. Said he had not heard from you.
