Dear Sir:- As a Delegate to the National' Republican Le~~ue, your name has been deemed worthy of representation in our forth-coming SOUVENIR OF THE NATIONAL REPUBLICAN LEAGUE, to be published by the . St. Paul Dispatch, as a souvenir of the Convention, soon to be held in St. Paul . You are ~ordially requested to fill out the data blank inclosed herewith and return with photograph without unnecessary delay . We .earnestly desire to carry out as fully as possible the recommendations of our able editors in the preparation of this wo r k as outlined in prospectus and endorsement of the plan by National Secretary D.
