I have to report that yesterday/'I called the Indians together in Council for the purpose of cons-3dering, the proposition of placing Betsey Alma, Edward and Franklin Murdock on the Uinta Roll. I explained all the papers in the case to them, and told them all ahout it. After I had fully explained, the matter to them, and told them they must not simply say we dont want them, but that they must say why they ohjeet ad.
