Show That person took that song. He took it He danced it there. After that man took it, he came (back). He came, and arrived among his people. When he arrived among his people, he told his people about it. "I brought a nice song," he said. "Must everything that roams this world have songs of their own?" he asked. "How must it be?" he asked. "They must have songs of their own. Buffalo that roam here must have songs too. Deer that roam here must have songs too. The bears were dancing there. There is a nice hollow place in the mountains. They danced in a place where it looked nice and green. The two bear cubs, little ones, danced too. They were all doing this, with their arms around each other. They were dancing there intermittently." The bears forgot their song, they forgot it. (I.e. it was stolen from them). It disappeared, their song. That certain person took it. It disappeared, it was gone. "Do you remember our song? What happened to our song?" he asked. Gone. They forgot their song. Then in March, the month of March, the month that is known as March. The people said: "We should dance in March there with what you found and what you heard." He sang the song which he had. He was singing it. As he did that, he got ready to dance this. People came here who they had never seen before. Those they never saw before were going to dance. They got ready to dance too. When they were gathered together there, the people danced. The one that had taken the bear song was there. "Go ahead and sing your stolen song now." The people said to sing the song taken to his people from that place that nobody knows about. The people said to sing the song which was from somewhere and which was taken to his people. Then he sang. The people were already here, women and young men. He started singing it. |
