Show otherwise called Fverett ft& tch, than and there shot © F* r, discharged and sent forth as aforesaid, him, said Juan Chacon, then av\ d there being within the limits of the Indian reservation aforesaid and and Yvithim the jurisdiction & f this court Within the State and District aforesaid, Ain and upon ard into the breast, back and left arm of the body of him, said Juan Chacon, unlawfully then and there feloniously, Awillfully, deliberately and premeditatedly, and oz his real ice aforethought, and in an attempt to perretr.-. iti a robbery of said Juan Chacon, did strike, penetrate an.! wosnd then and there giving to him, said Juan Chacon, then ard there with said divers leaden bullets, so as aforesaid by 3aid Tse- na- gat, otherwise called Pa- woo- tash, otherwise called Fverett Hatch, then and there 3hot off, discharged and sent forth out of the gun aforesaid, by force of the gunpowder aforesaid, in, upon and against and through the breast, back and left arm of the body of nim, said Juan Chacon, divers and numerous, to wit. three mortal gunshot wounds, ox which said mortal wounds, said Juan Chacon, then and . there within the limits of the Indian reservation aforesaid, and ancl within the jurisdiction of this court Within the State and District aforesaid, Ainstantly died.
