||RULES FOR THE SANPETE HISTORICAL WRITING CONTEST I. The Sanpete Historical Writing Contest is open to all Sanpete County residents and former residents. or Non-Professional Divisions. Each entry must state clearly the division in which it is to be entered. Each division will be judged in five categories: 3. A cash prize of ten dollars will be awarded for first place and complimentary books for other prizes. 4. All entries must be based on actual events, and must be consistent with the time period. 5. All entries must be the original work of the contestant, in keeping with good literaary standards and must be authentic and fully documented. 6.
