K$ 260 90 Total Erected Cost, K$ llil 660 The Equipment Cost estimate includes the compressor, tankage, vaporizer, one z?ne and nozzles, valves, piping, and Instrumentation (excluding the NOx/NH3 Continuous Emissions Monitors) as described above. The estimate includes cost of all material and shop fabricated items. The Indirect Costs include field labor overheads erection fees, contractors engineerin~ and. fe~s, and ER&E process design ~nglneenng costs. All three categories Include a 15 % Contingency. Excluded are special site specific items such as pilings, roads, etc, and the license fee. The cost effectiveness and NOx reduction can also be estimated as: 7 year T.E.C. Application of the THERMAL DENOx process is unit specific and, therefore, must be designed and estimated for each piece of fired equipment. Therefore, the costs provided herein are applicable only to a system applied to a wood fired CFB like that at Malaea. Please note that Exxon Research and Engineering Company does not provide detailed engineering services nor do we procure or supply any hardware for THERMAL DENOx systems. These functions are best provided by yourselves, your subcontractor, or a subcontractor experienced in THERMAL DENOx systems.
