There were present, Chairman Shields, Regents Wherry, Hincquy, Snow and President George Themas. Pras. Thomas stated the object of the meeting to be the cansideratian of the proposition made by the Presiflent or the Utah atata Agriaultnral Collage to conduct a Joint Summer School in the future, and amen ether matters as may came before the meeting. The Frasidant laid the whole matter of the Joint Summer 'School befare the Committee, citing'the cowt to each institution for the operation of their separate Summer Schnels, the number of _ studantalenrpllad at each, etc. After consideration of all the phasE$ of the matter, Br. Snow '0 V , ‘presented the following motion: That in view of the advanced stata of our contracts with instrugtors 1n the Summer Sessinn, a joint Summer School in 1952 is impracticable, but that the President be requested to continue Conversations with the U. S. A. C. as to future years. motian was duly seconded and carried.
