Show dry I am Unlike you, the state of Utah is very dry. Utah is the second driest state in the nation. Utah is a little like the song " The Rain in Spain/ 7 In Spain, the rain falls mainly in the plain, but in Utah the rain falls mainly in the mountains. Most of our water comes at the wrong time and in the wrong place. Fortunately, water runs downhill. Many of our cities and towns get their water from mountain streams.
