Show ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE IMPERIAL WATER COMPANY NUMBER TWO. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS •- That we,the undersigned a majority of whom are citizens *and residents of the State of California have this day voluntarily associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a Corporation under the laws of the State of California. AnD WE FURTHER CERTIFY; " First. That the name of said Corporation shall be IMPERIAL WATSR COMPANY NUMBER TWO. Seoond. That the purposes for which It Is formed are to buy, lease,mortgage and hypothecate real and personal property including its own stock and the stock of other corporations, also to acquire,by purchase or otherwise,water and water Rights for the Irrigation of the land owned by Its stockholders, also to furnish and distribute water for Irrigation and domestic purposes to Its own stockholders only, at aotual cost.and for that purpose to build construct or otherwise acquire, ditches, canals, pipe-lines waste ditches, and rights of way therefor, and to operate the same for the benefit of Its Stockholders,and to do all things in connection therewith that may be necessary therefor. Third. That the place where the principal place of business of said Corporation Is to »e transacted is Hoitville. California. Fourth. That the term for which said Corporation is to exist is Fifty (60) years,from and after the date of its Incorporation. Fifth.
