Show 0 13. Upon completion of the investigations and reports, all field notes, logs or drill holes, original plans, calculations, reports and other data acquired or procured during said investigations shall be filed with the United States Reclamation Service and shall be accessible at all reasonable times to the duly authorized representatives of the Contractor upon application. 14. When the work contemplated by this contract shall have been completed or the funds available shall have become exhausted, the Reclamation Service shall file with the Contractor a statement showing the actual cost of making such investigations, plans and estimates, which statement shall show the amount of the cost paid by the United States and the amount paid from the funds furnished by the Contractor and other contractors and the United States shall refund to the Contractor any unused portion of the funds so advanced in a like proportion as the funds so furnished by the Contractor bears to the total funds furnished for this work by the United States and all other parties who may furnish funds under similar contracts therefor. 15. This contract provides only for preliminary investigations in so far as the funds advanced by the Contractor and others who may make similar contracts, as provided in paragraph 9 hereof, will permit and in no way obligates the United States as to any future action regarding the project. It is specifically agreed that the contribution to the investigations herein stipulated is made for the purpose of facilitating the development of irrigation, storage, flood control, and power development on the Lower Colorado River, and implies no obligation on the part of the United States, the Contractor, or any other authority concerning the allocation of benefits from |
