Show 10. The work shall be performed by the United States Reclamation Service and payments therefor, including the usual overhead and general charges of the Reclamation Service, shall be made on proper vouchers by the Special Fiscal Agents of the Reclamation Service or by transfer vouchers. 11. On completion of the surveys and investigations and report, herein provided for, all field notes, original plans, calculations or other data acquired or prepared during the investigations and surveys shall be filed with the United States Reclamation Service at Yuma and copy thereof furnished to the District or to any other contributing agency, upon request, provided that the cost of making such extra copy shall be borne by the agency making the request. 12. When the work contemplated by this contract shall have been completed or the funds available shall have become exhausted, the Reclamation Service shall file with the District a statement showing the amount of funds deposited by the District and the actual cost of making such investigations, surveys, estimates and report, which statement shall show the amount of cost to be borne by the United States and the amount to be borne by the Imperial Irrigation District and the United States shall refund to the Imperial Irrigation District any unused portion of the sum advanced by the Imperial Irrigation District, as provided in said contract of August 28, 1920. 13.
