Sir: In accordance with your instructions, I recommend that the land hereinafter listed, upon which watering places are reported to exist, be withdrawn from all forms of entry except those specifically excepted under the withdrawal acts (36 Stat., 847; 37 Stat, 497). This order of withdrawal (Public Water Reserve No. 114, California No. 26), involving an area of approximately 19,120 acres in California, is recommended for submission to the President, in order that the right to the use of the sources of water supply located on this tract may remain in the public.
