In this letter to Robert G. McNiece, Sheldon Jackson announces Dr. John Eaton will be coming to Salt Lake City, Utah, to investigate a potential college of which he has been asked to be part of the presidency. The letter suggests that Mr. Eaton should outline departments for the potential college and that a few men, including Mr. McNiece, could act as a professors and help find additional adjunct professors. John Eaton is to be the first president of Sheldon Jackson College, the precursor to Westminster College. |
