Show be tried between members; such as rights of water, land, collection of aebts, etc. This position I held for ten or eleven years. Duri.ng this time I was appointea home missionary, also Superinten-dent of the Young .Men's Mutual Improvement Association in Panguitch Stake, from all of which I gained some experience. Panguitch was so situated that it took about 300 miles travel to visit the whole stake~ This was done mostly by team and wagon, later by team ana buggY.. Prior to 1880, I had acted as Sunday School Superintendent of Panguitch, also as Ward Mutual President. I also acted as County Commissioner, County Road Supervisor, County Treasurer. I have also actea as ward teacl1er most of the time for fifty years. Have made many friends in doing this work.
