It established Theta Phi Chapter at the University of Utah in March, 1932. The Stars and Crescent badge which our members wear symbolize each individual's responsibility to her fraternity, her campus, and her community. While few thrills equal those of carrying a new trophy over to the house or in having a member crowned a queen, there are more lasting impressions from fraternity life which are a result of striving toward the ideals stated in the Panhellenic Creed: "We, the fraternity women of America, stand for the preparation for service through character building inspired in the close contact and deep friendship of fraternity life. To us, fraternity life is not enjoyment of special privileges but an opportunity to prepare for wide and wise human service." President 251 |
