A right parietal craniutunw was periormed, Prior ttl opening the dura, 20 mg iurosemide and 50 g mannitol were administered intrawnously, Two dural bridging veins were divided on entrance into the sagittal sinus, The arteriovenous malformation \\'as approached through the interhemispheric fissure and was removed uneven tfull v, Immediately postuperativdv the patient did nut awaken irom anesthesia, She had "'pontanl'ou", respirations but muved her right -;idl' onlv tu deep pain; the pupils were irregular and sluggishl\' rt\1Ctive to light.
