However, as the "land is all raw and must be placed under cultivation by the lessee, few individuals would care to execute a lease on anything like 640 acres, f7 e will execute a lease en as.much as an individual may want, not to exceed the limit abc-.e stated, and give the person so leasing, the free use of the lava for five years, The person leasing tke laud not only has the free use of tke land, but we also furnish him the water with which to irrigate the land free. The only thing that we require is that the individual leasing the land actually farm it in a husband-like manner, and makes beneficial use of the water appurtenant to the land.
