UliTTAH a- OURAY AOEITCY, '.Vo have approximately seventy-five thousand acres of land .. aoot Lcally every acre of which is highly desirable from an ygrieultur.ua standpoint and practically every acre of which is already under ditoh. We have spent nearly one million dollars on our irrigation system and it is'as complete as it is possible for an irrigation system to be when less thar/hne-half of the land an ?r the system is under cultivation. A very large eeroentags of ths land above mentioned is covered with PRIMARY WATER'R11IUG3 and v.-e believe that we can establish that it all is, and propose to make the attempt in the near future. This land was allotted by the Government to the Indians and comprises the choicest lands In this wonderful Basin. Many of the Indians who received these allotments are now degd, and the lands that formerly belonged to them are known as "DEAD DIDIAN LANDS". Cur other lands, lands allotted to living Indians, are known as. "LIVE INDIAN LAUDS." There are only about 1100 Indians left in this trite and one can readily see that there is much surplus land;hence we are offering these lands for sale and for lease on very remarkable terms. Cur *7AI*__'R R1T-IUG too, expires in 1919 and it is necessary for us to rnal-ie beneficial use of cur water prior to that date, and this makes us all the more anxious. We have sold during the season just closing some 6,000 acres of land and leased nearly 30,000 acres in addition. During the coming season wo hope to do much better, and as a starter, expect to place en the market on June 1, 1915 some 6,000 acres of oxir choicest lands which we will sell on easy terms for less practically than the water which is appurtenant to the land is worth. Lists will be ready for distribution en April 1st, 1916. In the mean while, we have some 1500 acres which p?e are offering for sale at Private Sale on any day that suits ths convenience of the purchaser. These lands are offered on time at from §12.00 to $20.00 per acre with a perfectible water right. Car loasing proposition is wonderfully attractive and is v/orth looking into; for"example, we will lease you forty acres of choice agricultural'land, give you the free use of the land and of the water apnurtenant'thereto for five full seasons, and pay you cash monco.- lor rc-c ...aiming the land and for fencing it, and all we ask in return is that you farm the land in a hus'bandlike manner, thus w-A_lna beneficial uso of the water appurtenant thereto, construct the fence' for which ,-y supply the wire and staples free hero o.t Pt.
