Show a channel depth as great as 186 that given on page 85 of ( Com Com- Com ) ¬ ( plainant's plainants ) Exhibit 63 ( 3 to 5 feet ) , even were its width from shore to shore twice or even three times 9-331 , . , feet . We submit that ( Complainant's Complainants ) own gauging records conclusively corroborate the testimony of ( Defendant's Defendants ) ( wit- wit ) nesses . They are further corroborated by the testimony of Raplee , Priest , Mendenhall and other of ( Complainant's Complainants ) witnesses , as well as by the statement of dry season depths appearing on page 85 of ( Complainant's Complainants ) Exhibit ( 63 G3 ) . We respectfully submit that if the testimony of certain witnesses who were with the 1921 survey party concerning shallow water at some points during a few days of extreme low water be given full credence , it is established by the ( over over- over ) whelming weight of the evidence that such depths and ( diffi diffi- diffi ) ¬ culties were very ( exceptional-even exceptionaleven ) at extreme low water . Green River . It is true , as stated on page 66 of ( Complainant's Complainants ) brief , that at one time there was a minimum daily discharge at Green River , Utah , of 510 ( second-feet secondfeet ) . This occurred < ' on Decemer 1 , 1920 . As appears from ( Complainant's Complainants ) ( Ex- Ex ) hibit No . 88 there was one day in 1926 , when the gauge record indicates a minimum flow of 600 ( second-feet secondfeet ) ; in 1909 there was one day when the Green River gage indicated a minimum flow of 750 ( second-feet secondfeet ) ; and one day in . 1911 when that gauge indicated a stream flow of 770 ( second-feet secondfeet ) . There was one day in 1910 when the gage record shows a minimum stream flow of 800 ( second-feet secondfeet ) . Aside from the years just mentioned , there was not another day during all of the ( twen twen- twen ) ¬ ( ty-five tyfive ) years while the Green River , Utah , gaging station has been maintained when the minimum daily stream flow did not exceed 800 ( second-feet secondfeet ) . Time and space do not permit us to here present a detailed statement of the comparatively few days on the Green River when its minimum daily stream flow was under 800 ( second-feet secondfeet ) . Colorado River . As stated on page 67 of ( Complainant's Complainants ) brief , there was one occasion , ( to-wit towit ) , on September 4 , 1924 , when the ( mini mini- mini ) ¬ mum daily stream flow of the Colorado River at Cisco was 866 ( second-feet secondfeet ) . As appears from ( Complainant's Complainants ) Exhibit No . 88 and other exhibits , there was no other year in the entire period during which the Cisco gaging station has been ( main- main ) |
