Show About the author William C. Gibson Mr. Gibson is a co-inventor and Manager of the ULTRALOW NOx™ Technology Division of IT-McGill PCS. His job responsibilities include the research, design, development and applications of ULTRA LOW NOX™ technology. All research and testing is conducted at the international ITMcGill PCS Research Facility located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Gibson has been directly involved in the design, computer modeling and field testing of direct fired heaters and boilers for the past 16 years. He has a B.S. degree in Aeronautics Mathematics from Miami University of Ohio and a B.S. degree (with honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
