This will all be written up by Mr. Feslar, Lease Clerk, and we will send it to Washington; and the Indians must wait until they hear from tha Commissioner befora they say anything mor9 about going to Washington. We will keep one of the papers here so that they can all see juat what was sent to Washington. We have been oounoiling a great deal for a week or more now and I do not want to do any more oounoiling until we oan get this all filed up and everything sent to Washington. These hearings in regard to land are ju3t eaoh one about his own land and not about the tribal land. Congress made a law that when an Indian dies, if the heirs want to sell the land they can do so; but, if they do not want to 39II it, they oan keep it. They need not be at all afraid of ma sailing any land unless tha h9irs want to 3ell it. I want them to understand that what I have told them ia ths truth. That ia all.
