In the name of this University and our Middle East Center, I wish formally to put/our gratitude to your l**\ ****xd. good offices for this important gift. The two Qurans will be marked as gift of the Islamic Center in perpetuity and will be exhibited from time to time as such. I plan to visit Washington on business early in May, and I shall not miss the opportunity of calling on you to thank you personally and pay you my sincere compliments. We enjoyed having your Sub-Director, Mr. El-Biali, who delivered a well-prepared and luminous public lecture on Islam during the University CHALLENGE WEEK. We still remember his visit with delight and trust that the future holds more occasion for our cooperation with further visits from you personally. Again, accept our gratitude and highest regards.
