UNION SEMINARY'S QUADRANGLE, enclosed by the English Gothic buildings, includes the James Chapel, library, lecture halls, offices and dormitories. • THE MAIN LIBRARY with improved lighting and air-conditioning, and 350,000 books, manuscripts and other items is available for members of the Conference. T w o other libraries in the quadrangle offer supplementary facilities. Members of the Conference return to the lecture hall refreshed after the morning coffee hour and a chance to talk informally with the lecturers. ^'^Ivui AUBURN WEEK (July 8-12) ... is designed to be of special interest to ministers of town and country churches. A limited number of scholarship grants from Auburn's funds are available for Auburn and Union graduates who are serving town and country churches, and for Presbyterian pastors serving within the bounds of the Synod of N e w York. Information about these grants and Auburn's Program of Training for the Rural Ministry may be secured from Dean Charles E. Mathews, Auburn Theological Seminary, 3041 Broadway, N e w York 27, N e w York. General information Each week is planned as a separate unit with enrollment open for one or both weeks as desired. Members of the Conference should arrive by Sunday evening if possible. Those arriving at night or on Sunday should use the entrance at 606 West 122nd Street. Members expecting to arrive after 10:00 p.m. should notify the Director of the Ministers' Conference of the exact hour of arrival so they may be admitted. ENROLLMENT Enrollment and room fees for at least one week must accompany application. Refund of fees will not be made after the first day of each week. Enrollment fee per week $8.00. Housing per week $8.00. R O O M S A N D MEALS Seminary rooms are limited in number and are assigned in the order in which applications are received. They will be ready for occupancy after 2:00 p.m. each Sunday and m ay be occupied until Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Conference members are requested to plan their schedules accordingly so rooms may be prepared for new occupants. Bedding is furnished but not towels. A few double rooms are available for couples who are both enrolled in the Conference. Additional accommodations are available in nearby hotels. Information will be furnished on request. Meals may be obtained on the cafeteria plan at the Seminary Refectory, except on Saturday evenings and Sundays. Some dormitories like Hastings Hall have D.C. electric outlets. Please check them before using razors, radios, etc. CARS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY During the Summer Session, parking space on New York streets is extremely scarce and traffic rules are rigidly enforced. A limited number of cars can be accommodated at the garage east of Broadway on 122nd Street. Cars left on the street should be locked at all times with nothing of value in sight.
