These skiers pictured above will take part in the National,_; Downhill and Slalom ski championships which will be held at Aspen, March 8 and 9. Gordon Wren, a Colorado -bOy who is now a ski instructor at Alta, Utah, is one of the top three-way skiers of the country. Latry Thackwell, an ex-Denver skier who rose in the racing ranl{S in California, has been training at 1 Aspen for the last three months and will be a dark horse in the meet. Nancy Reynolds, 1940 national women's slalom champ, has trained all winter at Sun Valley and will be out to defend her title. Barney McLean of Hot Sulphur Springs was third in last year's amateur rankings. He is a perennial winner of the Colorado combined title.
