Description Typescript of answers by Mary Henrie Cooper of Panguitch, Utah, for a questionnaire filled out for Utah Works Progress Administration's "Pioneer personal history" survey. She was born in 1866 at Panaca, Nevada, when it was part of Washington County, and the family moved in 1871 to Panguitch. Includes copy of a statement by her father, James Henrie, who met Joseph Smith at Nauvoo, and details of her mother, Christina Schow Henrie. Typed by David Kern Owens of Panguitch in 1938
