The mother of the family was a widow so they · deoided to stay. During the time the inclians were 1ausing trouble word oame that there: was need for a man and team to go to the terminus of the railroad to help some people who were trying to get to the Parowan valley to settle. Bishop Smith oalled on the widow Butler, Mrs . Robinson's mother, and asked if one of her boys could go. Although she was a _widow with only growing boys to help her , she said yes . After living in Parag0nah for three years she {Mrs . Robinson) went to Panguitob. with her brothers and stayed while they planted, raised and harvested their arops . She was the first white young 1ad1 ·in the .resettlement of Panguitoh and for some time ~as the onl1 one there . After the orops were harvested sne returned to ~aragonah and made final preparations for her wedding. Was married in Salt Lake City Ootober 2, -1871 . 'Trip to Salt Lake City was made in a oov,red gon drawn. by horses , When the young oouple returned after about three weeks and started keeping house they did not have the prioe of a saok of flour . 15 •..
